De’von Downes

De’von Downes is a 23-year-old portrait artist based out for the Philadelphia/ New Jersey area. De’von’s work consist primarily of watercolor portraits but range from pencil to oil. Heavily influenced by the Baroque period and American contemporary art, with the intentions of telling stories and capturing the essence of the subject. Outside of being a portrait artist he is a student at Rowan University pursuing a degree in Art Education & a jewelry maker that works with crystals.
