Philadelphia based rabble-rouser, Scum Lizard, has become known for his unique art style fusing together contrasting themes and colors into psychedelic artwork that both draws the viewer in with density and pushes them away with content. In addition to creating art, Scum Lizard has been putting on various events in Philly, such as the Philadelphia Chalk Festival, for multiple years.
